The lanai faces the lagoon and Pacific directly — and the reviews consistently say the view is the best in the complex. This second-floor Beach Tower villa has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to an oceanfront lanai with both dining and lounge seating. Ko Olina's protected lagoon is steps below, with the four-mile coastal path to Aulani, the Four Seasons, and Monkeypod Kitchen all walkable from the front door.
The kitchen was designed by Roy Yamaguchi — Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances throughout. Ko Olina Beach Villas' kitchens were commissioned from the acclaimed Hawaii chef, and this unit is equipped accordingly: full suite of appliances, wine fridge, rice cooker, and granite island with bar seating. Beach chairs, towels, and a wagon are also included.
Only the primary suite has an ensuite. The king primary has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and direct lanai access. The second bedroom — two XL twins convertible to a king — shares the second full bathroom with the living area. A queen sleeper sofa accommodates a sixth guest. Groups expecting two fully private bathrooms should note this configuration.

We thoroughly enjoyed this villa for us and our 2 teenage sons! It is exactly as pictured and the views are amazing! The villa is well appointed with everything we needed for cooking a few meals. It is also within walking distance to several resorts, restaurants and conveniences. The covered patio proved very useful to enjoy the views while it was raining. The property managers were responsive to all our needs, supplying us with more beach chairs, coffee, paper products, etc. Parking was convenient in the garage below the building. The pools, gym, pool bar also very easy access. Thanks for a great experience. We'd stay here again for sure!

Guests who are staying for an extended period of time may require one or more mid-stay cleaning services. The frequency of mid-stay cleanings will vary by property and guest preference. If you prefer to have additional cleanings scheduled during your stay, then it should be discussed in advance with your Reservations Manager so that all of the details can be arranged and the cleanings properly scheduled.

A scheduled kitchen sink vertical drain line cleaning will take place between 9:30-11:30 am on November 5, 2025 as part of routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems in excellent condition. During this time, licensed contractors will need brief access under the kitchen sink for about one hour, and guests are kindly asked to avoid using the kitchen sink and dishwasher that day.

  • Mechanical/Electrical Systems: No guarantees on AC, appliances, internet, TV, water, power, etc. Guests must report issues promptly. Service calls caused by guest misuse will be billed. No rent deductions for failures.
  • Extended outages may occur due to wildfire safety programs or extreme weather.
