Built into a magnificent granite hillside surrounded by exotic desert vegetation, the area’s 360 acres feature sweeping panoramic views over either Cabo San Lucas Bay or the Pacific. With cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options, the emphasis is on privacy and a casual, tropical lifestyle. Exquisite showpiece homes abound. Excellent swimming is available at Mèdano Beach, less than a mile away. The Pedregal is an oasis of exclusivity just steps to all the action of downtown and the marina. Wow. ..what a gorgeous home in an absolutely gorgeous setting! My family of 5 had a wonderful Christmas week at this beautiful home. I am in the vacation home rental business in Lake Tahoe, Ca so I know a premier property when I see one and this home is definitely it. The home is right on the beach and the veranda with its pool and spa look right out over the water. We had the most relaxing time and everyone had their own bedroom which is great for adults. The location in the Pedregal was perfect...only a quick drive into town. I would love to return again!

Maid Service: Monday - Saturday. Sundays available by request. (Note: Maids do not work on Mexican Holidays).
Chef can provide cooking services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Chile & Lime:
- Breakfast from $25 per person*
- Lunch from $34 per person*
- Dinner from $49 per person*
- Butler Service $31 per hour (2-hour minimum).
- Rates include ingredients. Prices are plus tax and service fees, with a 4-person minimum. Gratuity not included.
Tennis & Pickleball available via Pedregal HOA; rentals start at $10 (includes 2 racquets and balls).

- Bachelor/ette groups are subject to approval. No unauthorized parties or events.
