Visiting hikers will be excited to know that the scenic, 3.8 mile Road Runner Trail passes right near this home, but just remember to pack your hiking boots and bring plenty of water! Enjoy shopping and dining at The River, a popular outdoor mall, five miles from your door. Just nine miles south, take the whole family to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens dedicated to the deserts of the world. Or take your own sweet time and walk through the unique collection of found folk-art assemblages at the Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum, less than 50 miles north.

Things you need to know
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
This home has a security deposit. You will be charged $2000 prior to your arrival.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
