Views stretch across three levels of decks. Guests look out over the Canyons Golf Course's 10th green, the Swaner Preserve, and the Uinta Mountains by day, with city lights taking over after dark.

The community pool and hot tub are heated year-round, just 90 feet from the door. A saltwater pool, sauna, and steam shower round out the shared amenities, even though the unit itself doesn't have a private hot tub.

Coffee lovers get real options: a Jura espresso machine plus two Keurigs. A small but genuine touch of hospitality beyond the standard drip machine.

The garage is built for two cars, though past guests note it comfortably fits one. Worth planning around if the group is arriving in more than one vehicle; kids can also sled right on the golf course's 10th fairway out back.

The views are stunning rain, snow or shine from three levels of decks overlooking the 10th green of the Canyon’s Golf Course and the lower Park City valley. You have a beautiful view of the Swaner Nature Preserve and the Uinta Mountains by day and city lights at night. - SKI ACCESS: You are just a short 4-minute walk to the Frostwood Gondola, which takes you up to the Canyons Village for access to skiing at both the Canyons and Park City resorts and dining options ranging from fine dining, après or grab-and-go. Dining and spa services at the Waldorf Hotel are just icing on the cake!

Parking information

A two-car garage is available and includes bench seating and storage for all your ski gear. The garage also includes a boot dryer to keep your ski and snow equipment dry and warm. Another bonus is the kids can use the 10th fairway for sledding! There are a few sledding options in the garage and you can sled for hours.
