Parking information
- Guests are allowed to park their trailers on the property and utilize the trails off-site. While they may keep the trailers in the driveway, it's essential to ensure they do not cause damage to the grass or lawn. The trailers are permitted for "Off-Site Use." - Dirt bikes, quads, four-wheelers, and all other ORV/ATV vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property grounds. In the event of a report or any damage identified, a fine of up to $500 will be assessed. - During winter, we will attempt to have the driveway and walkways clear of snow before your arrival. A shovel is provided should you need it during your stay. Please be cautious when there are icy conditions.

Things you need to know
Short stays, weekly and monthly, are available.
A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay.
Bath towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided. We do not provide any linens or towels for outdoor use (kindly bring your own beach towels).
Extra sheets and towels are provided if you are staying a week or longer (otherwise one set per guest are provided where laundry facilities are available).
We do not offer daily maid service.
Complimentary items include a bottle of wine (white in summer, red in winter), a stag hat, a bag of Benjamin Twigs chips with cherry salsa, a personalized greeting card, and a bag of candy, typically chocolates.

- There will be a $ 1,000 penalty for smoking inside the premises
- Please input the correct number of guests to ensure our housekeepers are properly prepared. A $50 additional guest fee per guest will be auto-charged if guests aren't listed.
- A non-refundable cleaning fee is required with all reservations. This fee is for our housekeepers who dust, vacuum, sanitize, clean linens and towels, remove refuse from the property, and supply paper and soap products.
- We do not provide any linens or towels for outdoor use. DO NOT take the property linens or towels outside. Bring items with you that you may need for hot tub use, sunbathing, or smoking outside. Please allow us to wash the property linens unless you need clean linens during your stay. Extra sheets and towels are provided if you are staying a week or longer (otherwise one set per guest is provided where laundry facilities are available).
- Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. The toilets are water-saving models and don’t have a strong flush – limiting the amount of toilet paper used will help prevent a clog. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour excessive grease down the drain.
- If the wood is provided at your property, it is provided for indoor use only! If it is found that any wood is used or cut from a property, a minimum of $100 will be charged! When there is a fire, the door/screen must be closed (except to add wood). The fireplace cannot be used when there is a stagnant air burn ban but can be used when there is an outdoor burn ban. Do not put anything except wood or wood products in the wood stove/ fireplace. Do not put any flammable material on or near any heat source, such as the electric baseboard or wood stove. DO NOT LEAVE PROPERTY WITH A FIRE IN THE WOOD STOVE OR FIREPLACE.
- Left items can be mailed to you if requested and you will be charged shipping costs plus a $10 service fee. Pick-up may also be arranged at our Traverse City office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Guest(s) agree that the Management reserves the right to enter the rental property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damage, make such repairs, alterations, or improvements as we may deem appropriate, or to show the property to prospective purchasers or guests (in which case prior notification will be given).
- Always lock doors and windows when you leave the property.
