We rented the entire place (and The Mod next door, connected, same owner) for our group and had an absolutely magical time. Highly recommended. Great amenities, super hosts, great location, beautifully decorated!

- City Rule requires the main guest to be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved for insurance purposes.

- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result - which are caused by the Guest or any members of the Guest’s party.
- The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.
