- Get the VIP treatment at upscale villas located near the Empire Polo Fields, where Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals are held. 18 fully-equipped villas will remind you why the desert is everyone’s favorite escape from the daily grind. - Situated in a gated community in sunny La Quinta. - Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.

There are no cushions on any of the lounge chairs and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience.
Please note that during festivals such as Coachella, you will be unable to walk to the festival. Instead, you'll need to hire a golf cart, take your car, or take a shuttle service.

Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating.
2 twin rollaway beds and 2 twin tri-folds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate.
If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently.
Our homes feature NFL Sunday Ticket programming through the TV's YouTube subscriptions in each room for full sports streaming entertainment.
All rooms feature an ensuite bathroom.
This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones.
The home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
The grass areas will be unavailable for use through the end of October while we re-seed for the winter. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All furniture and household items must remain where placed. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. Unauthorized movement may result in a reset fee.

- Please note that the small garage unit on property is not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, the large garage unit is available and reserved for only guests.

- This neighborhood has an ordinance requiring any noise or activity during the day under 50 DBA. It is also under a strict, zero tolerance no noise ordinance outside from 10pm to 8am.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
- Guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission.
- Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
- Without prior approval, fireworks of any type are strictly prohibited at the Property.
- All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins.
