Neighborhood: Indian Bend - Scottsdale is so easy to explore when you make your home base at this sunny, second-floor condo, ideally located mere blocks from downtown. - This complex sits just over a mile south of Old Town Scottsdale, giving you fantastic access to renowned restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. You'll be close to the Continental Golf Club and the Coronado Golf Course (both are three-quarters of a mile), Scottsdale Stadium (one mile), and upscale shopping and dining at Fashion Square (three miles). Back at home, there's an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, a gym, grilling areas, and laundry facilities on the grounds.

75% Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.

35% Refund: Receive a 35% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

The unit will be set up with bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for other household and personal supplies. Occupancy does NOT include maid service during your stay. Maid service is available for a separate charge if requested.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Guests will incur a minimum charge of $500 for proper cleaning if any smoke smell is detected after departure.
No additional guests may stay overnight. No exceptions.
Guests must abide by all community HOA/CC&R rules and restrictions, including but not limited to the following: Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level, especially after hours. No parties or gatherings are permitted!
Any HOA fines for violation of the foregoing will be the responsibility of the guest(s).
Neither Property Management nor the owner of the property shall be responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests before, during, or after occupancy. Use of the swimming pool and spa is at your own risk. Make sure to watch your children at all times around water.
Property Management and its owners are not responsible for theft, lost, or stolen items, or items left after occupancy. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused.
The Guest may not keep hazardous, poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances that could endanger the Property or neighboring properties in any way.
If guests pay a service charge for heating a pool, they agree that the pool will be set to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. It is not to be adjusted, and Guest will be liable if above 85; or the pool or spa equipment is found misused in ANY way. If the Guest is using one of our advertised properties with a propane heater (with variable heating costs); the Guest will pay for the EXACT amount of propane used; which will be tracked and metered by photograph. We do not offer refunds for pool/spa heating.
