The home sits within three miles of both the Jordanelle Express Gondola and the new Keetley Express lift at Deer Valley East Village, with Jordanelle State Park's reservoir and marina equally close — making this a genuine four-season base.
4,400 square feet across two levels with sleeping for 14. The layout includes two primary king suites on the main level, a queen guest room, a bunk room with four beds, and a fifth bedroom configured as an office with a sofa sleeper — all with private or shared en-suite bathrooms.
Both primary suites are spa-caliber. Each features heated floors, dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, a steam shower with multiple shower heads, and a smart commode. One opens to a private balcony; the other has direct access to the outdoor hot tub.
The kitchen is built for serious cooking. Thermador appliances include a 6-burner gas range with griddle, double ovens, and a stone island that seats five — supplemented by a countertop ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee, and an electric kettle.
