Things you need to know

Please note that for all reservations under 30 days, a mandatory Daily Resort fee will be applicable. This fee is paid directly to the hotel upon arrival at the resort, ensuring you have access to the incredible facilities and services offered.

For bookings lasting four nights or longer, a mid-week cleaning will be required every four days. This comprehensive cleaning service, which includes the provision of fresh linens and towels, ensures your continued comfort and a pristine environment throughout your stay. The fee for the mid-week cleaning is $150 plus tax, and payment for this service must be made directly to the management company at the time of booking.

Each bathroom contains toiletries. These are not to be taken from residence. There will be a fee of $35 per missing bottle. If you would like to purchase a new bottle of our signature toiletry fragrance, we will be glad to sell this to you. Please inquire about pricing.

Bed linens, towels, toiletries, extra pillows, blankets, and laundry detergent are provided.

Luggage dropoff allowed.

The Italkraft kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Wolf/Subzero appliances, providing everything you need to create culinary masterpieces.

You will have access to all the exceptional amenities provided by the hotel, just like any other hotel guest.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Refrain from causing any disturbance or disruption to other guests when staying in condos/buildings.
  • Treat all staff members with respect and courtesy.
  • Use all amenities and facilities responsibly and with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your living space.
  • You may cook in areas specifically designated for cooking.
  • Guest shall be liable for all acts of their family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited onto the property.
  • Guest may not sublet or assign this rental agreement.
  • Guest shall be responsible to return all keys upon departure to the Resident Front Desk.
  • Guest will rinse feet of sand prior to entering the unit.
  • Guest will not smoke indoors to include electronic cigarettes.
  • No bleaching or dying of hair inside properties as stains are very hard to remove from surfaces.
  • No catering or outside music permitted without prior consent, additional charges may apply.
  • You must tell us in advance if you will be absent from the property for 5 days or more. If you do not give us this notice, you will have to pay for any damage that may result from your absence.
  • We ask that you please always lock your valuables in the safe provided when leaving your property on the day of your cleaning service. It is mandatory that we use our own cleaning staff due to insurance purposes. We cannot allow tenants to hire their own cleaning staff or bring their own cleaning staff.
  • Valet parking is not included in your daily rate. In some properties valet charges are waived for all reservations 30 nights or more in length, please inquire with us about valet fees at your property once you finalize your reservation with us.
