Place was very clean, and nicely decorated. Has everyting you need, dishes, washer and dryer, even a nice welcoming treat when we arived. You are close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far enough away to get away and relax in peace when you day is over. Only complaint was we were further away from the hotel and ammenities than we expected as it is the furthest property in the complex so we did end up renting a car as the shuttles were not as accessable as we expected. Great property, and great communication!

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
This beautiful condo is located in the second floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs.
NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.
UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
