The home was lovely. All 12 of us had plenty of private space. We ranged 73-7 and could not have been happier💞the kitchen was a cooks dream, master bath was pure luxury! The kids loved the bunks, tvs and balcony’s. Used golf carts to get to beach then relaxed around the pools. Had slight problem with outdoor grill but management came to rescue. Hope to do it again next year!!!

Things you need to know

During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent.

The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
  • Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
