Parking is available for a total of eight vehicles, three in the garage and five in the driveway.

Cancellation policy

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
40% Refund: Receive a 40% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Guests will also have access to the HOA bike pump track and bocce ball court.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Bed linens will be provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guest must sign rental agreement upon 24 hours of confirmation to finalize their booking. This will be sent in an email upon confirmation.
- The credit card holder must provide a picture of the front and back of their ID through our secure, encrypted server to finalize their booking. A link to this portal will be sent upon confirmation.
