Emerald Palms is a newly constructed, ultra-luxurious vacation retreat in Inlet Beach, offering breathtaking Gulf views and unrivaled accommodations for large groups. Spanning three expansive floors, this coastal sanctuary comfortably sleeps 28 guests and features a private, resort-style pool and spa with optional heating, an elevator for effortless access, and generous balconies designed for relaxing and taking in sweeping vistas. A six-seater golf cart and six adult bicycles are included for exploring the scenic surroundings, and complimentary beach setups are provided from March through October, making it effortless to enjoy the pristine sands just a short walk from the home. The home’s thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The first floor features a Queen over Queen bunk and a Twin over Twin bunk with a shared bath, along with a cozy Junior King suite with a private bath. The second floor offers another Junior King suite and a Queen over Queen bunk room, ideal for flexible accommodations. The third floor presents a luxurious King master suite with separate tub and shower, along with two additional King rooms each paired with Twin over Twin bunks, ensuring that every guest enjoys a restful retreat in style and comfort. Loved the location and size of this home with nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor space! The rental company was very responsive to any needs that we had. Thank you! No pantry in the kitchen to store food items. Also, golf cart is great , but was not allowed to park it at the nearest beach access nor any of the hot spots around 30a. Overall great trip and rental company !

Things you need to know

Fireplaces are not for guest use.

Complimentary beach setups include 2 chairs and 1 umbrella - Service provided March 1-October 31.

Please bring beach and/or pool towels as we do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property except for laundering.

Pool Heating: The pool may be heated for an additional charge between October 1 - May 1. This service must be requested through our department. Pools must be heated for the entire duration of stay and fees vary by property.

Restrictions

Smoking is not permitted in the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Guests must lock windows and doors securely when not on the premises.
Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the property is prohibited.
Guests shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements to the property, including, without limitation, installing any fixture, apparatus, equipment, paint, or device of any kind in or upon the interior or the exterior of the property, or cut or drill into the property.
Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
No properties will be licensed to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or
guardian at a ratio of four young adults to one adult over the age of 25.
The maximum number of sleeping guests per accommodation is based on the individual accommodation's ability to comfortably and safely house our guests. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments made.
Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy.
A housekeeping fee will be added to all reservations, regardless of the number of nights booked. The fee varies depending on the size of the property and is applied to cleaning, laundry and start-up amenity costs.
Because of the risk of firearms being left behind, which poses an unacceptable risk for employees, vendors, and future guests, prohibits persons from carrying or otherwise possessing firearms, ammunition, or weapons at any property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all firearms, including airsoft and BB guns. Guests who fail to abide by this policy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments made.
