You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

Prohibited Activities

No smoking of any kind inside the home. Smoking outdoors is permitted only away from windows and doors. Indoor smoking will result in a minimum $1000 mitigation fee.
Please remove shoes at the front door.

Equipment & Amenities

Propane & Firewood _(if equipped)_: Propane and firewood are not stocked. Guests should check propane levels before using applicable amenities. If a propane tank requires refilling, contact the property manager for reimbursement.
Propane Use _(if equipped)_: Close the propane tank when not in use.

Checkout & Care

Early check-in may be requested through the electronic guidebook on the day of arrival and is subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. If approved, a $50 fee applies.
Late check-out is not available due to cleaning schedules. Late departure will result in a $125 fee and may be charged up to the cost of an additional night if it impacts incoming guests.
Check the home carefully before departure. Returning forgotten items costs $30 plus shipping.
