KEY Curation Notes

Directly across from the Town Lift—ski out in the morning and be back for coffee. Garage parking handles the snow, and you're one minute on foot to Main Street's full roster of restaurants, shops, and après-ski spots.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, eliminating the morning standoff. The master suite includes a standalone soaking tub and glass shower; both upper bedrooms are en-suite with private patios and mountain views.

The private hot tub overlooks the ski runs from your own patio. At 2,202 square feet, groups have room to spread across the three levels without feeling stacked.

The living room is built for entertaining: pool table, 75-inch Smart TV, full wet bar, gas fireplace, and Sonos sound system. The kitchen steps up with KitchenAid appliances, a Nespresso machine, espresso equipment, and an air fryer—built to handle everything from morning espresso to multi-course dinner parties.

In-unit laundry means you can wash gear between days on the mountain. The laundry room sits on the main floor, steps from the common areas.

Family/kid friendly. Suitable for children (2-12 years) and infants (under 2 years).

Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private patio with hot tub, garage parking, and in-unit laundry room. One closet in Bedroom 1 is reserved for owner use and locked, but another closet in that room is available for guest use.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

Only registered guests may stay; exceeding occupancy results in eviction without refund (infants under 2 excluded). Additional per-guest fees may apply if group size increases after booking.
Guest is responsible for themselves, their party, and any visitors at all times. Children must be supervised, and an adult must be present when minors (under 16) use the property or amenities (if equipped).
Unregistered individuals are not permitted to stay and remain the sole responsibility of the booking guest.
No subletting or assignment of the rental is permitted.

Events & Noise

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Rowdy or disruptive conduct is not permitted; guests must behave responsibly and avoid causing damage.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $500 fee applies if violated.
Pets: Not allowed; $500 fee and eviction if violated.
Emotional Support Animals: Require prior approval; unauthorized ESAs incur a $500 fee and eviction.

Equipment & Amenities

Appliances & Systems: Use all appliances and systems only for their intended purpose; guest is responsible for proper use and any resulting damage.
Septic System: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Improper use (e.g., feminine products) resulting in damage will be charged.
Linens & Towels: Must remain at the property unless used for shared amenities (if applicable); must be returned after use.
Parking: Lost parking passes/permits may incur fees up to $400 per pass/permit.

Checkout & Care

Guests must keep the property, furnishings, and contents in good condition throughout the stay.
No daily housekeeping service is provided.
