Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, and dishwasher.
Well stock with linens (sheets and towels) and supply a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. For your convenience, iron is also included. To reduce contact, extra supplies are not delivered during your stay.
Restrictions
- Guests staying must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
- Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
