Neighborhood: Destiny by the Sea - Destiny by the Sea offers two private beach access points within the gated community. The closest is just a quick 3-minute walk away, where you'll enjoy exclusive access to the pristine, uncrowded shoreline. Head west along the sand and you'll reach The Crab Trap.
Parking information
There is parking available for 2 vehicles. Please do not block any parts of the sidewalk or park on the street as the HOA enforces violations.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house many times and it is comfortable with great amenities. Love having a private pool. Umbrellas must be rented through the third-party beach service provided at the access point, as personal setups are not permitted.
Pool heating available for $50 per day (required for the duration of your stay).

Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property every night throughout the reservation. No exceptions.
- The total number of guests must not exceed the property's stated sleeping capacity or maximum occupancy, in accordance with fire codes and owner agreements.
Events & Noise
- Events, receptions, weddings, and larger gatherings may require prior written approval and may be prohibited by certain communities. Approval may depend on: Occupancy, parking, HOA regulations, noise restrictions, permits, and type of event.
Prohibited Activities
- Dogs welcome with a $200 non refundable pet fee (plus applicable tax).
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, balconies, yard, and driveway.
Equipment & Amenities
- The property includes an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, bar soap, and laundry detergent. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay.
- Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles (RVs), and oversized vehicles may be restricted by community regulations. Guests must confirm applicable restrictions before booking.
- Electric Vehicle Charging _(if equipped)_: Guests may use only designated EV chargers provided for guest use. Charging electric vehicles through standard household electrical outlets requires prior approval.
