This was my family's first time visiting Palmilla Beach and we were beyond impressed with the home we stayed in. It was the perfect size for the three of us and the views were gorgeous. I was also surprised to find everything we needed in the kitchen to cook dinner one of the nights. The staff at check-in were so friendly and helpful and we were very happy with the location within the community, it was central to both pools and bar/grill areas. We honestly cannot wait to visit again!

The washer/dryer is a convenient combination machine - you can put your laundry in, go to the beach, and not worry about moving your clothes to the dryer.

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
The two full bathrooms have showers only (no tubs).
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
