Being located just downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), especially in the bedroom that faces the Marina & downtown. For your comfort, we have a White Noise Machine for your use, in case there's music disturbing you.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only on the Condo's terrace as long as cigars or cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
