The property is simply sublime. I’ve stayed two separate weeks (New year’s 2022 and 2023) and both times were exceptional. The property is well maintained and in perfect condition. The decor is beach chic and comparable to any five star hotel property. The furnishings and linens are not standard rental property fare. The house is designed for a big crowd o enjoy and never feel on top of each other. The pool is perfect and the outdoor entertaining and lounge spaces re exactly what you want on vacation. The beach was less than a ten minute walk down the fairway and was text book perfect. Finally, who can beat 5 minutes to the airport (house is well outside the flight paths).

We are pleased to inform you that construction near Arrecife Escapade has been completed. Guests staying at the villa will no longer experience any disturbance in the surrounding area.
Linens, towels, shampoo, and hair dryer are provided.
Please note that at least one member of the staff will be staying 24 hrs at the villa. Members of the staff will remain in the staff area when not working or sleeping hours.
