If you're looking for a place to stay in Cabo, look no further. This is the place! This condo provides everything that you need for a great vacation in Cabo. This condo is located a well-maintained, affluent and gated resort community of Pueblo Bonito where you will have access to many pools, restaurants and multitude of amenities Pueblo Bonito has to offer. The condo is very secure and quiet. Communication with the owner is very quick and reliable. Also, this condo has a concierge service that you can avail, if you want. Inside the condo, everything is clean, looks new and feels new. Kitchen is well-stocked. Plenty of towels. Overall, condo is very comfortable. I have no complaints. You will love this place for sure.

Things you need to know

Access to all Pueblo Bonito Resorts facilities, beach clubs, exclusive Quivira Golf course and discounts included. Pueblo Bonito Resorts: Sunset Beach Resort & Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (adults only resort) within Quivira (5 min driving distance) .

Resorts are third-party properties, prices and access are subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.

Free mid-stay cleaning for stays over 7 nights (daily or more frequent available upon request).

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
Mavila is a brand new community, construction is ongoing during the day from Monday-Friday (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.) All amenities listed herein are completely finished and the noise does not bother most people staying at this condo.
Mavila is a NON-smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pools and green areas. Smoking is allowed only on the Condo's terrace as long as cigars or cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
Mavila Club BBQ grill is restricted for owner use only and using it as a guest has a penalty of $150 USD.
