Every corner of this townhome has relaxation and bonding in mind. The upscale chef's kitchen awaits culinary adventures, while the contemporary yet cozy living areas become the epicenter of cherished memories. Spread across the three floors are three generously sized bedrooms, each featuring its ensuite bathroom for a touch of privacy. The master suite on the lower level is a true haven, complete with a king bed, direct access to the outdoor hot tub, and a spa-worthy bathroom. Nearby, an intimate living space is warmed by a fireplace and comes equipped with a queen pullout sofa. The top floor unveils a king-bedded room and a delightful four-twin chamber, perfectly suited for the younger guests. Winter in the area means the ski lifts are merely a short stroll away. - Located just a short walk from the Stein Eriksen Lodge and Silver Lake Village; has everything you could want at the top of Deer Valley from dining to shopping is a 5-minute walk from your front door. - Park City Mountain Resort and the historic Main Street is a short 2.5-mile drive or a 10-minute ride on the free Park City Shuttle.
Parking information
- Garage parking. - Uncovered private parking. - Vehicles are not to be parked on subdivision streets or in any areas other than the driveway for the designated home. Any vehicles parked outside these designated areas will be towed at the guest’s expense.

Things you need to know
High-quality bed linens & towels are provided.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and makeup towels are provided in each bathroom and sink in the home.
A starter set of dish detergent, dish soap, sponges, and laundry detergent is provided, along with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels & trash bags. We try to provide enough of these items for the duration of your stay, but for longer stays or heavier use, additional provisions can be purchased locally by the guests.
Some optional amenities or concierge needs including personal concierge, house cleaning, luggage shipping, personalized excursions, childcare items for rent, laundry service/dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and babysitter recommendations are available upon request for a charge.
Please note the pool will be closed until fall 2023.

Restrictions
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of the year.
- No additional persons are allowed to stay in the Property than confirmed on the reservation. Guests must abide by the maximum occupancy rule allowed in the home at all times.
- We are not liable for damage or loss by theft, accident, or otherwise to articles or merchandise prior to, during, or after the stay.
- Any parties or gatherings of any nature which exceed the maximum occupancy or are disruptive in any nature are strictly prohibited.
- We do not allow pets of any kind in our units, with the exception of seeing eye dogs and other such animals to assist the physically challenged. A cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit if a pet or sign of a pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
- We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. These outages include but are not limited to internet, cable, electricity, water, etc.
- Guest acknowledges there may be construction on or near the Property. We shall not reimburse Guests for noise or disturbances from construction.
- Firearms or other types of weapons are not permitted in or around the Property.
