- This riverfront home sits on the south bank of the river, just over two miles from the heart of town. You can easily spend your days lounging on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene at City Park and Beach, enjoying McEuen Park and Tubbs Hill, riding bikes or walking on the North Idaho Centennial Trail, and dining out at great restaurants. We loved everything about this house! The location was amazing, right on the Spokane River with quick, easy access to downtown and the major highways. The well-maintained dock, backyard and deck were wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the water. Inside, the house was very clean, with beautifully updated kitchens and bathrooms, and a gorgeous view. The kitchen was well-stocked and the furnishings were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings. A couple of things to be aware of: (1) the driveway into the house is on a significant downward slant, but we had access to the garage to park on a flat (and dry!) surface, which we greatly appreciated; (2) there is a flight of stairs down to the front door, then another flight to get to the backyard, which is also somewhat steep to walk down to get to the dock. We had no issues, but might be something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns or small kids.

The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
