The hot tub is unavailable in June, July, and August. Please also be aware that during the months that the hot tub is available, that the hot tub only runs from 8 am to 11 pm.
Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country and sometimes do make their way inside.
This property utilize pest control services on a regular basis but this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- There is a minimum $25.00 fee per set of keys for failure to return them to our office.
- Complaints received at or after checkout will not be considered for discount or refund.
- Registered guests are responsible for any damage done to a home and or extra cleaning fees.
- If you use more bedrooms than initially reserved we will charge the extra charges to your credit card.
- Should additional (above and beyond the norm) cleaning be required, your credit card will be charged $25/hour fee.
