We normally stay near Duval when we travel to Key West but this location was perfect for our trip with extended family because we wanted a quieter location. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the pool on several days. All attractions and restaurants were an easy bike or car ride away. There was laundry available, but it was located in the common area, not in the condo. I would highly recommend this property for larger groups wishing to stay together.

50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Boat docks must be reserved prior to arrival and are available on a first come first serve basis. We can accommodate one to two boats 23 to 35 feet in length. In addition, we can also accommodate up to three smaller vessels less than 20 feet in length.
Linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and board are provided for your convenience.
Wifi speed is 250+ Mbps.
In the kitchen, you'll find a coffee maker, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stove, and toaster.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Individual making reservation must be 31 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
- Please make sure to dispose of trash in the appropriate bins designated for your home.
- No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Guest may be required to show proof of age at check- in. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date.
- Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- No jumping on the beds.
