Love the design of the community & the layout of our rental. Chairs on the beach & golf carts are available to rent & I really appreciated being able to order food & drinks on the beach. Food options were delicious & more than just the “bar food” usually offered at other resorts. Having access to a pool with a swim up bar was an added surprise. Bringing mosquito repellent next time is a must. Will definitely be back!

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
