- This rental is located on floor 1; just two miles from the heart of Palm Springs. - Within minutes of the famed Palm Canyon Drive where you will find the many shops, restaurants, and attractions in town. - After popping into the local museums or hiking along a nearby trail, everyone will have built up an appetite. Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster and the Pig (takeout only) are all great options for a bite. - Day trips to the beauty of Mount San Jacinto State Park or Joshua Tree National Park are within 35 miles of town.
Parking information
Parking is allowed on the street and in the driveway. There should be no more than 3 cars, per city restrictions.

This house was perfect for the 4 of us for a 5 day vacation. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We cooked in 3 of the nights. The beds are super comfortable. The backyard and pool is a very special place. We were floating in the pool by 9:00 a.m. everyday. It is so relaxing and enjoyable we really didn’t want to leave to go do anything. I will go back here again in a heartbeat. We had no issues and check in was a breeze.

Things you need to know
There are active security cameras mounted above the garage door and to the left of the garage. They face the driveway and the walkway to the front door.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
- Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
