Top-floor condo with direct Jordanelle Reservoir views, accessed via elevator from the communal underground garage. Vaulted ceilings and an open layout make it feel considerably larger than the square footage suggests.
Deer Valley East Village is 1.5 miles away, with the Jordanelle Express Gondola the primary ski access point. Park City Mountain Resort and Historic Main Street are a 10-minute drive; Heber City is in the opposite direction at roughly the same distance.
Viking kitchen with a gas fire pit on the private balcony — two genuinely above-average touches for a condo at this price tier. The balcony also has Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill, with lake views across both.
Community amenities are substantial and new: year-round hot tub, seasonal pool, clubhouse with a game room (pool, ping pong, shuffleboard), two pickleball courts, and a walking/biking path around the lake. None of this is on-site — it's shared community infrastructure, which means it's subject to availability and seasonal closures for the pool.
Only the primary bedroom is en-suite. The second king and the bunk room share one full bathroom. Worth noting if you're splitting with two adult couples.

This Deer Valley East/Mayflower area residence was a great mountain retreat. We loved the big windows that fill the space with natural light and great views. The open living area was great for relaxing, plush seating, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances that we used to cook many times. We sat out on the peaceful balcony drinking coffee and cocktails. Perfectly positioned in a peaceful Deer Valley East enclave close to skiing, scenic trails, and Park City's dining and shopping. We were there in the summer and can't wait to rent again this winter. Easy parking underground, too.
