Location, Location, Location! The home is situated in a gated community. This is our 2 year staying in the same community and this home was the best of the 2 so far. It was clean and very roomy with plenty of amenities for a large family. The commercial sized nugget ice maker was fantastic! The use of the complimentary bicycles were a hit and not to mention the newly completed in-ground pool. Oceanview's were viewable from every floor except for ground. Couldn't have asked for a better location. I could go on! You won't regret staying at this location and hopefully we can come back soon!

All main living areas begin on the second floor. For access, the home offers an exterior elevator from the ground level as well as a front staircase leading up to the second floor.
Guests have access to three community pools, including one that is Gulf-front.
4 beach chairs provided in the home.

Convenient starter packs provided with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, & laundry detergent. (Additional items may need to be purchased)
Fresh, clean, and soft linens are provided for every stay, laundered in our in-house facility after each check-out.

Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property every night throughout the reservation. No exceptions.
- The total number of guests must not exceed the property's stated sleeping capacity or maximum occupancy, in accordance with fire codes and owner agreements.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets are permitted only at select properties, subject to an additional $200 fee per stay.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, balconies, yard, and driveway.
- Weddings are not permitted at the property in accordance with County Regulations.
Equipment & Amenities
- The property includes an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, bar soap, and laundry detergent. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay.
- Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles (RVs), and oversized vehicles may be restricted by community regulations. Guests must confirm applicable restrictions before booking.
- Electric Vehicle Charging _(if equipped)_: Guests may use only designated EV chargers provided for guest use. Charging electric vehicles through standard household electrical outlets requires prior approval.
