We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.
For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry, used only to verify occupancy and for emergencies. Additional exterior cameras monitor the side yard access points. No indoor cameras or other recording devices are present.
The home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio, conversations, or video, ensuring guest privacy.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only.
- Properties also includes a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
- We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
