KEY Curation Notes

Town Lift is a 5–7 minute walk from the front door. This is one of the closest walkable-to-lift locations in Park City. Main Street dining, shops, and après-ski are the same distance in the opposite direction — no car needed for most of the trip.
Private hot tub and multi-level wrap-around decks with slope and Old Town views. A propane fire pit with seating for four sits on the lower level. The decks span every floor, so there's outdoor space no matter where you're camped inside.
Parking is tightly managed — read the rules before you arrive. The home accommodates up to three vehicles: one in the garage (7.5 ft height clearance, 8.5 ft max width), one on the heated driveway, and one additional spot with a guest pass. Street parking in Old Town requires a permit and is strictly enforced by the city.
Bedroom 4 sleeps up to 8 via four built-in double beds on the ground level with access to a shared walk-in shower bath — well configured for a kids' room or overflow sleeping. The two third-floor king suites each have private ensuites and mini-splits for independent temperature control.

This is the third year in a row that I rent a house in Park City and this was my (and my friends') favorite. The house is beautiful and very cozy and the location vis-a-vis the town center and the mountain cannot be beat. I would almost say that I DON'T WANT to recommend it to anyone so that the chance I can stay there again remains bigger :)
