5% Refund: Receive a 5% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 95% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
We are happy to provide both a pack and play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
Essentials include an iron, shampoo, hangers, bed linens, and a hair dryer.
Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, dishes and silverware, and cookware.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please note that for all of our safety the home is equipped with Ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior of our building. We also have noise monitoring devices in all of our homes. These devices only monitor decibel levels and in no way invade your privacy.
- Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
- Do not flush the following items down the toilet, put them down drains, or in the garbage disposal, as they can cause plumbing issues: cooking grease, food, coffee grounds, feminine products (such as tampons), baby wipes, wet wipes, cleaning pads, dental floss, Q-tips, cotton balls, diapers, pills, paper towels, and tissues.
