A brand new beautiful home with those extra touches that make a place super special…. Lovely decor, large living, dining and bedroom areas, full deck with four doors leading out to comfortable deck furniture and a propane fire pot; a short steep path down to the water with a nice dock with kayaks and paddle boards; a ping pong table in a totally separate unit downstairs. Nice bathrooms and walk in showers. Large washer and dryer, hair dryers, comfortable furniture. Thank you for having us, and for the great amenities! Will be back!

The downstairs is accessed by a separate entrance outside, just below the main deck.

Loft includes four 6” memory foam twin sleeping pads.

The boat slip and dock will be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.

Smart locks or lockboxes at many homes offer smooth, contactless check-in.

Restrictions

  • No ATVs, motorcycles, or side by sides allowed.
  • Animals are not allowed on site. If evidence of animals is discovered an additional $350 fee will be assessed.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
  • Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
  • All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
