The journey continues upstairs to a master bedroom with a king bed and full en-suite bathroom, along with two more bedrooms offering sumptuous sleeping arrangements. The adventure extends to the lower level, where entertainment and leisure converge around a billiard table with a Smart TV. This level also houses two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom, ensuring comfort for every guest. Everything was perfect. The chalet is magnificent. Very well prepared. The large fireplace creates a very warm atmosphere. The kitchen is perfectly arranged. Comfortable rooms and plenty of bathroom linen. The pool table in the basement of the garden side chalet is a beautiful large room where you play pool, watch television and listen to music. A place full of laughs and good memories. We will come back. And what can we say about the pleasure of seeing deer pass by from the jacuzzi! It is a magical place, very well maintained and prepared, to spend happy moments with family or friends.

Things you need to know
Fully stocked essentials, including plush bed linens, a starter kit of firewood for properties with fireplaces from September to April, and towels in three sizes tailored to the property's sleeping capacity.
The home also comes equipped with clothes detergent, dishwasher soap, dish towels/cloths, versatile 3 in 1 hand, body, and hair liquid soap, as well as sanitary paper & tissues, paper towels, foil paper, plastic wrap, and basic spices, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Avoid dragging furniture around the house to avoid damage on wooden floors. No shoes (especially no high heels) inside the house, or banging sharp objects or toys, please!
- No daily housekeeping/maid service is included in the rental rate unless previously arranged with staff (at an additional cost).
- We rent to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties are allowed. Visitors shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb neighbors and other residents of the area.
- Noise levels must be reasonable at all times as this is a quiet neighborhood. We require that guests adhere to a ''low exterior noise policy'' after 9:30 PM.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed. Visitors will be charged a penalty of $500 if they don’t respect this rule.
- Visitor and invitees may not exceed the maximum capacity of unless approved in writing. If the maximum capacity of the unit is exceeded, the Visitor may be subject to being removed from the property without a refund.
- Visitors shall not use or permit to be brought into the property any illegal substances or articles deemed hazardous to life, or property.
- Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not disturb or offend neighbors. Visitor may not hang towels or garments from windows and balconies. ONLY use appliances as intended.
- DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB/SPA COVERS. Covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person. They may break and Visitor may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Please shower before use and remove all make-up, body creams, and perfumes which affect the water quality. Intense/extra cleaning to be performed either during or upon check-out will be subject to additional fees.
- Property Management will provide firewood for reservations from September 15th through April 15th for reasonable use and enjoyment of Visitors. However, fireplaces and/or fire pit are not to be left unattended. Note that we maintain a large firewood stockpile equivalent to several weeks/ Visitor’s worth of wood so Visitor and groups are expected to use it moderately and be mindful of future Visitors.
- Locked closets are reserved for storage of the property owner’s personal items and are thus not available for Visitors’ usage.
- Property Management reserves the right to recover costs for any long-distance telephone calls made by Visitor from the Property’s land-based telephone during the Rental Period.
- Visitor will be charged a fee in case an item is taken from the property. For the properties including an Apple TV entertainment, Visitor will be charged $300 if this item is missing.
- Place trash and recycling in respective exterior bins (Garbage – black, Recycling – Green).
