- Guests are 10 minutes away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, 25 minutes away from Northstar Ski Resort or Mt. Rose Ski Resort. - Winter hiking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing are nearby off Mt. Rose highway or at Tahoe XC. A family snow and a sledding park is minutes away at Mt. Rose Meadows.

Parking information

- Garage and driveway parking. - During winter, snow removal from the driveway is provided automatically. But during severe storms, please be patient with the drivers as they are doing all they can to keep up with accumulation. Be sure you know the laws in regard to winter parking. - Do not park in the street. Your car will get a ticket and/or be towed. Driving conditions may be hazardous as well. Be prepared. - Many homes are in HOA’s that do not allow parking on the street even during the summer.

There were six of us and plenty of room to spread out. The house was nice and clean. The gas fire places were fantastic and the entertainment systems were great and very easy to use. After a day skiing, the kids enjoyed their time in the hot tub. Also, the heated driveway was extremely nice to have, too. The kitchen was nice and spacious had everything we needed to cook. It was also great being able to park our cars in the garage. Overall, I was very happy with this house and would definitely recommend this house to others.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
No loud noises, music, or load vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Guest may not exceed Max Occupancy for Property at any time.
Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the Property of any kind.
Guest is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris.
Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest’s request. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days, may be donated or sold.
All of our rentals are in residential areas and may NOT be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings. Any disruptive events could result in the eviction and forfeiture of the entire rental amount and security deposit.
No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol.
No refund shall be given for a number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only and are not integral to this agreement.
Most rentals are not equipped with air conditioning. If so equipped, Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and the heat shall not be set above 78, and the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for the lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units.
If so equipped, spa heating is included. Pool heating, unless solar equipped is an additional fee and must be paid for prior to use. Guest agrees not to tamper with pool heat controls or manipulate the heater in any way. Pool heat shall not exceed 86 degrees. The guest understands that the area surrounding the pool and spa may not be fenced or secure.
