Guests staying at Casa Kokomo will enjoy access to the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos Beach Club, offering an oceanfront swimming pool, restaurant, and more for a $200 weekly fee for your entire group (Subject to availability. Rates may vary based on exchange rates) Note: Beach Club is closed on Tuesdays
Villa guests staying in Puerto Los Cabos may access the Hotel El Ganzo Beach Club for an additional fee, payable directly at the hotel. _(Subject to availability.)_
7-night minimum for 12/24-12/25 and 12/31-1/1, if taking both holidays a 14-night minimum is required.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The maximum number of persons permitted in a reserved property is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation.
- High school, college spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted without approval (fee).
- No events, parties, weddings or other gatherings are allowed without express prior written permission.
- Renter may not engage in any activities that disturb the quiet enjoyment of others.
- In addition to the rent, an event, party, wedding or gathering fee will be charged. Events and event fees are subject to the property owner's approval.
- Excessive noise is not allowed at any time.
- Any commercial or promotional use(s) of the property requires prior express written approval from the property owner and is subject to additional use fees.
- Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice.
