Exactly as described. Perfect place for 3 adults and my two kids. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Everything from beach equipment to kitchen essentials. The outdoor space was amazing. We used it every morning. Very quiet neighbourhood. A close drive to downtown Cabo/Marina. Only took 5mins. Host was very responsive to questions and requests. Would recommend!

No Refund: Reservations canceled 34 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 95% processing fee of the total.

- Driving speed limit inside the community is 10 mph , there is a fine of $250 USD if you exceed this limit.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties.
- All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers.
- No groups under age of 25 years.
- Outdoor music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.
