A grand dining table bridges the living area and the stunning kitchen, accommodating up to 12 guests for memorable group meals. The kitchen, a chef's dream, boasts modern appliances, ample cookware, and plenty of counter space for crafting culinary delights. A dishwasher ensures a hassle-free clean-up, while the private patio, equipped with a gas grill and picnic table, invites guests to savor beachside barbecues under the stars. Upstairs, the layout thoughtfully balances privacy and convenience. The primary suite, located on the main floor, features an en suite bathroom, a smart TV, and direct patio access. The second floor unveils a laundry closet, a guest suite with its bathroom, TV, sitting area, and private balcony, alongside two additional guest suites each with attached baths and shared balcony access. A cozy common area and a bonus bunk room, hidden behind a sliding barn door, complete this level. Guests also enjoy access to Palmilla Resorts' stunning pool deck, replete with cabanas and covered dining areas, adding an extra layer of relaxation to this already splendid retreat.

I found Mila’s Retreat on Instagram @milasretreat when I decided to book a last minute trip and it was just what we needed! It has been a chaotic schedule with a month into school year along with volleyball practices/games. We felt that island energy the moment we walked in! The house was immaculate and welcoming. It truly was the perfect family getaway. The beds were more than comfortable and we slept amazing. We felt like each room was its own suite. The amenities from the Black marlin restaurant to the oasis pool are superb. Great food and drinks at both places. We also drove the beach cart to get our Starbucks coffee Saturday and Sunday morning which is located on property. The House is a perfect distance to town and the beach.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.
Restrictions
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
