Neighborhood: Seagrove Beach - Hop on the golf cart and within three minutes you’ll be at the lake to fish. - You can easily walk or ride bikes to enjoy all 30A has to offer with an abundance of shops and restaurants.

The house is perfectly located with access to everything the East end of 30A has to offer but without the traffic. Inlet Beach is gorgeous and only a few blocks away- just a quick trip by golf cart or bicycle. Inlet beach also is one of the few beach access points with parking and restrooms- a huge plus!If you enjoy shopping and dining, Rosemary Beach is maybe a mile away and is loaded with beautiful boutiques and delicious food options. We also found a Premium Outlet mall about 20 minutes away! There is a Publix grocery store about 5 minutes in either direction to stock up on food and snacks.The house itself is a dream. It is impeccably decorated and has all the things you could possibly need,they thought of everything!The guest rooms are all spacious with comfy mattresses. The master bedroom feels like a retreat and takes up the entire 3rd floor. The living room was the perfect spot for our family to watch movies in the evenings and have family game night. We will definitely be back!

Things you need to know

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities: (like hotel but NOT restocked) trial-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed and bath linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided.

Please bring your own beach towels and do not use bath towels at the pools or beach.

Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. This is strictly enforced.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental homes and condo units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
Use of barbecue grills is not permitted in any apartment or condo property. Many condominium complexes have community barbeques located on the premises. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction.
Only guests registered with KEY may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without prior written permission. The number of occupants cannot be more than the state amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
KEY is not responsible for any personal belongings of the vacationer or their party.
There are no refunds for inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to air conditioning, power, cable, internet/wi-fi, elevator, pools, hot tubs or construction projects. No refunds or credits will be made to guests for weather-related issues or closures, including hurricanes and/or mandatory evacuations.
WI-FI Internet is available and will accommodate an average of 3 devices per unit. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service. Limited tech support.
The maximum number of guests per home is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that home or condo unit. Children under 3 years of age do not apply. For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
