This home is perfect for your stay in PS! It is 5 min drive from the downtown area, forgeries peaceful neighborhood. Joshua was very responsive and the most accommodating host I’ve ever had. He was there to help us and respond within 5 min. The property itself is very well kept with a perfect outdoor area by the pool and fire pit. We will definitely be staying with Joshua again one day. Highly recommend

Things you need to know

You will have the entire house, property, and garage to yourself.

No cancellations during holidays and special event weekends.

2 highchairs and 2 Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request at no extra charge.

Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours before your arrival. Cost $149/night minimum of 2 nights.

Long-term stays and luggage drop-off allowed

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups, and silverware, between arrivals. We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if any items are missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Spring City Ordinance. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the Guest.
  • Security hold is $750 and will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned on checkout day post inspection for damages.
  • The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners.
  • The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.
  • The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result.
  • The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the Owner.
  • The Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay.
  • The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner in writing.
  • The Guest waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest's stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping his valuables safe at all times.
