The expansive main level features an open-concept living area with leather sofas, a grand stone fireplace, and a kitchen perfect for any occasion. A master bedroom with a private fireplace and deck access completes the serene main floor. The second floor hosts a cozy loft, perfect for relaxing with a book, and two charming bedrooms with a shared bath. The lower level is a family's dream, offering three bedrooms, a game room with skeeball and shuffleboard, and a large sectional for movie nights. Outdoor amenities include a spacious deck, a stone fireplace, and a private dock with lake toys. Guests can also enjoy a communal pool and pickleball court shared with Azalea Retreat-The Cottage. 95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
If you choose to bring your own boat, there is no lift and the house is located on a busy channel.
The gas fireplaces in the main level master and lower level king/queen room are not available for guest use.
Spices/Oils, Etc: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
The pool is shared with our other property, Azalea Retreat - The Cottage.
The pool is available year-round, however, although it is not heated.
Towel and bed linens included.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cleaning and cooking essentials.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
