Things you need to know
This condo provides towels and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body bars, and face bars, including laundry detergent.
There is no elevator on the property, but assistance with luggage transportation to your room will be provided depending on your arrival time.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The hot tub can be made available upon request/ approval (24-hour notice recommended). Please note, that the hot tub may be closed during extreme weather conditions (restrictions apply). Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break, and you will be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so the hot tub will stay warm.
- Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. Should the Guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, the Guest will be charged for associated excess costs. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located behind the building.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for a return. There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for the condition of said items. Any items not claimed may be donated or sold.
- No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued.
- All rentals are equipped with air conditioning. Guest agrees that Air conditioning shall not be set below 70 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78 and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for the lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units.
- Do not park in the street. Your car will get a ticket and/or be towed.
