KEY Curation Notes

All three bedrooms are true ensuites, each with its own bath, a real luxury at this scale: a king primary with heated floors and a steam shower, a second room with two queens, and a third king room.

Ritz-Carlton amenities come with the stay, not just the room. Pool, hot tub, spa, and fitness center access are included, along with valet parking (a paid add-on, roughly $60 per car per day) and hotel concierge service.

Ski-in/ski-out is genuine here, with Vail Ski Resort a one-minute walk and Lionshead Village just beyond that.

Daily housekeeping isn't included, since these are privately owned condos rather than hotel rooms; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an added fee if wanted.

No parties, ever, and smoking anywhere on the property carries a minimum $500 fine. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended given how often it snows here.
