No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Enhance your stay with optional heating for the spa ($150/day) or pool ($250/day), available with a 2-night minimum and 48 hours’ advance notice to ensure everything is perfectly warmed and ready for your arrival.

Guests & Occupancy
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must provide a government-issued ID and sign the required rental agreement before check-in. All adult occupants must confirm they have read the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure.
- Guests are responsible for complying with Palm Springs regulations and are responsible for any fines resulting from ordinance violations.
Events & Noise
- Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outside or from the property line.
- People noise during these hours must remain reasonable.
- ### Prohibited Activities
- Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee of $75 per pet for additional deep cleaning.
- ### Equipment & Amenities
- License plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property must be submitted before check-in.
- Pool/Spa Heating _(if equipped)_: Optional spa heating is $150/day and pool heating is $250/day. Requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice.
- Family Equipment _(if equipped)_: Highchair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request at no additional charge.
- ### Checkout & Care
- Available when possible for $25 per hour and must be requested in advance.
- Stays of 45 consecutive nights or longer require mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150 per service, excluding linen laundering. If an extended reservation becomes subject to this requirement, applicable fees will be added to the final post-checkout invoice.
- ### Liability & Disclaimers
- A $1,999 hold applies, or $2,499 for stays exceeding 28 days. The hold is processed 5 days before arrival and returned 7 days after checkout following inspection.
- Not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered items, and assistance with missing deliveries cannot be guaranteed. The mailing address may forward to an offsite location, so post office holds or Amazon Lockers are recommended.
