No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know

This is a 2-unit combination rental. Both units mirror each other in layout and decor and will be almost identical.

Please be aware that this home is located near a busy highway, which may be noisy at times.

Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count for both unity. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Stays of under 24 hours are not allowed.
  • No recreational vehicles, buses, or trailers shall be visible on the street or on the property.
  • Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
  • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
  • If you exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation without approval, we are entitled to require you to vacate and remove from the Accommodation in a manner consistent with applicable law and you may be subject to additional fees.
  • Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
  • Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
  • Please be advised that Guests staying at any Property located in an HOA community, or similar, are required to follow local rules, ordinances, or regulations.
  • As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
