Beautiful condo in a great location. The host was responsive and our entire group enjoyed the space! It was also super helpful to have a large garage during an unexpected snow storm. We had 2 full size SUVs fit nicely inside with room to spare.

Things you need to know

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels).

A starter pack of essentials, which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

This unit is located on the upper level of a two-unit building. Please note that guests will need to use stairs to access the home.

The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available.

The property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary renter must remain at the property for the entire stay. Rentals to high school or college groups are not permitted.
  • Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.
  • Guest count may not exceed the stated maximum occupancy. Total number of guests must be declared at booking. Any changes require prior approval.
  • The individual who made the reservation is fully responsible for all guests, behavior, damages, and compliance with house rules.
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of all payments.
  • Property may not be assigned, sublet, or used for commercial or illegal purposes.

Events & Noise

  • Parties, weddings, events, or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
  • Guests must comply with local noise ordinances and respect neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment. Noise violations may result in eviction without refund.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: No pets are allowed unless the listing explicitly states the home is pet-friendly, and the required fee is paid. Unauthorized pets during stay: Immediate eviction without refund. Evidence of pets after checkout: $700 fine.
  • Smoking or vaping: Prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoors. Violation fee: $700.
  • Fireworks and open burning are prohibited. Only designated fire pits may be used _(if equipped)._
  • Use of owner equipment (ATVs, snowmobiles, boats, lawn equipment, etc.) is prohibited unless authorized in writing. Fine: $1,000 or cost of damages (whichever is higher)
  • Sleeping in tents, RVs, campers, vehicles, or outdoors is prohibited without written approval.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Parking: Limited to the number of designated spaces for the property. No street or overflow parking unless specified.
  • Internet, cable, and utilities are provided but not guaranteed. No refunds or compensation for outages or service interruptions. Guests are responsible for any upgrades or purchases.
  • No refunds for malfunctioning appliances, HVAC, pools, spas, TVs, or audio equipment. Repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed during the stay.
  • Hot tubs, pools, spas _(if equipped)_: Guests may not tamper with pool or spa equipment, heaters, or water levels. Damage resulting from misuse will be charged.
  • Tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or safety equipment is prohibited.
  • Locked closets, storage areas, and owner spaces are off-limits to guests.
  • Watercraft docking is not allowed.

Checkout & Care

  • Early check-in / late checkout: May be available for a fee based on availability and must be approved in advance.
  • Guests must complete checkout procedures, which may include running the dishwasher, removing linens, and taking out trash. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.
  • Furniture may not be moved or removed. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive wear.
