- Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.
- Please remove shoes by the front door.
Equipment & Amenities
- Propane & Firewood_ (if equipped)_: Propane and firewood are not kept stocked for liability reasons. If you plan to use a propane-powered amenity, check whether the tank needs to be refilled. If a refill is needed, notify the property manager for reimbursement.
- Propane Safety_ (if equipped):_ Close the propane tank when not in use.
Checkout & Care
- Early check-in may be requested through the electronic guidebook on the day of arrival and is subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. If approved, the fee is $50.
- Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 fee and may result in a charge of up to the cost of an additional night if it affects incoming guests.
- Please ensure no belongings are left behind at checkout. Returning forgotten items costs $30 plus shipping.
