Things you need to know

When you book this home, each adult occupant will be required to submit a $45 application, which includes a credit, criminal, and eviction check and you will be required to execute a lease agreement.

We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

This property is protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

Restrictions

  • You and your guest(s) may use only the Booked Property amenities that are described in your reservation confirmation.
  • You agree to comply and ensure that your guests comply with all of our rules and the rules applicable to the Booked Property with respect to you and your guest(s) use of the amenities.
  • You understand and agree that your use of such amenities may be suspended if you or any of your guest(s) violate any such rules. You shall be responsible for any damage to such amenities that you or any of your guest(s) cause.
  • Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, and post the appropriate review.
  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund.
  • Please also note that buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
  • There may be times when the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
  • What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues KEY can and will charge the guest.
  • Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
  • Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
