Golf Course Sea*renity did not disappoint! The house is beautiful and very spacious. Lots of space to accommodate your family and/or friends. Grilling on the patio, enjoying dinner in the home and taking family photos at sunset on the golf course facing balcony are a few of our favs. The back porch swing was wonderful too! The home offers so many options for your family to make beautiful memories 💕 Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
